MIC SHOOT OFF!! with CHRIS McCALLUM
Held at BRISBANE SOUND GROUP, in the evening of the 7th of November, the Mic Shoot Off! event took place with soundo Chris McCallum from RMK Crew manning the mixer and our very own Mikey Goldman hosting..
This was a fantastic hands-on session where AAVA community members got test all sorts of mics, and rubbed shoulders with other members of the AAVA family too - even getting to celebrate Mikey G's birthday!
Chris road tested 10 commercially available mics (with a bonus 11th mic!) with our live in-person group of AAVA members, and for those who couldn't be there in person, we got to watch and listen in via Zoom - and it sounded great!
Scroll on down below to watch the video recording, and to also check out details of some of the equipment used as part of the shoot off.
